Today Time Has Changed bring you the next installment, Acumen's EP, 'Collection Pt .1'. A collection of unique pieces, that oscillate between deep and tech house.
'Good Afternoon' combines air rhodes with heavy rhythms and beautiful breakdown. 'Career Opportunities' is already a Hawtin fave. Worked into all of his October sets, its trippy vocal, techy rhythms and fantastic keys, make it a winner for the floor.
Rounding out the release is another original, backed by two wonderful remixes. 'Letting Go' with its vocal delay is classy deep house. First to remix is the in form Alex Celler. One of the most exciting remixers of 2009, he is well known for his releases on Cecille, Remote Area and Tuning Spork. Here he creates a mix for the big systems. Fat organ, bass and kick are the order of the day.
Finally we have another in form producer and THC regular Timid Boy, who turns some of his finest work to date.
This is without doubt the biggest release on the label to date, so enjoy and lend your maximum support. The beautiful adventure of Time has changed continues !

One can say that this release moves away a little from the musical spectrum of the label. Varying between techno and strolls electronic. But sometimes it is appreciable. It is especially the history of a release between friends. A history around a late club: Le Barlive where Greg Delon, Nhar & Sebastien Thiabaud were residents and Acumen learn music.

Greg Delon is a dj and producer known for his project Delon & Dalcan. One of the headlight projects of the label Boxer recordings. For our greater pleasure, he's back in solo. Romana is pure a track techno, dancefloor with wish. Whereas Gariguette is a beautiful counting rhyme deep house.
Sebastien Thibaud & Nhar, propose a very plannig second reading of Guarriguette. And Acumen a pure tech house version of Romana

John Dimas is a fascinating greek producer. We could call
him "the king of deep" or maybe "prince of modern house".
John , after releases on Bloop, or soon on Bass culture
comes back on time has changed with the smasher track:
"deeper sense", a pure house floor filler, with incredible
groove, bassline and vocals ; "balance" and "housation" are
non less efficient deep house tunes.

Time has changed begins this new year on the wheel hats! After the remarkable Echonomist’s release "Hidden treasure". Welcome to Andrade, a newcomer brimming with talent. He's young but his music is already well-rounded and mature. And we are sure that this output will meet a great success.
